Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our HVAC business. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, job scheduling, invoicing, and internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls and manage customer intake

Support scheduling and technician dispatch

Process invoices, receipts, and job records

Assist with data entry, filing, and team coordination

Maintain office supply inventory
Requirements:

Prior office/admin experience (HVAC a plus)

Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
