April 1, 2019. That’s the day Julian flipped the switch. What started as one truck and one relentless idea has since exploded into a full-scale operation, with more trucks, more licensed technicians, and coverage across the entire DMV.

Julian didn’t learn this trade from a manual. He learned it in 2007, hands-first, answering phones, running installs, taking service calls, closing sales, doing every job this industry has to offer before he ever owned a company himself. Eighteen years later, that same relentless, hands-on foundation is baked into every job Nero’s Heating and Air takes on.
Born and raised right here in Cheverly, he has built a reputation for excellence in the entire DC, Maryland, and Virginia triangle. He still gets his hands dirty in the field, stays locked into how the company trains its technicians, and personally steps in on the toughest calls. He also speaks to students at local trade schools about building a career in HVAC, because someone believed in him once, and he’s paying it forward.
