HVAC Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Specialist to perform routine inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups for a variety of HVAC systems. You’ll ensure systems are operating efficiently and help prevent breakdowns, extending equipment life and saving energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct seasonal tune-ups, filter changes, and diagnostics

• Identify worn components or potential issues before failure

• Test system performance (airflow, refrigerant, temperatures)

• Maintain accurate service records

• Advise customers on energy-saving tips and system upgrades

Requirements:

• HVAC certification or 2+ years of maintenance experience

• Strong communication and customer skills

• Basic refrigerant handling knowledge (EPA Cert preferred)

• Detail-focused and safety-minded

• Valid driver’s license
