HVAC Technician (Residential & Commercial)

Job Description:

Neros HVAC is seeking experienced and motivated HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. This role requires both technical expertise and a commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, mini-splits, central air, rooftop units, etc.)

• Perform regular maintenance and system inspections

• Ensure systems comply with local HVAC codes and safety standards

• Explain services and solutions to clients clearly

• Document work performed using service software

• Collaborate with dispatch and project teams for daily scheduling

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial)

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Strong customer communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed

Preferred:

• NATE Certification or equivalent

• Experience with ductless systems, rooftop units, or BAS integration
