Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our HVAC business. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, job scheduling, invoicing, and internal documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and manage customer intake

  • Support scheduling and technician dispatch

  • Process invoices, receipts, and job records

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and team coordination

  • Maintain office supply inventory


Requirements:

  • Prior office/admin experience (HVAC a plus)

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
