HVAC Installer

Job Description:

Neros HVAC is looking for dependable HVAC Installers to handle the setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. You’ll be responsible for the complete installation of systems, ductwork, and controls while ensuring code compliance and job site safety.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems (ductless, packaged, split, and rooftop units)

• Fabricate and install ductwork, vents, and registers

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Ensure installations meet code and safety standards

• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and project managers

• Maintain clean, safe work environments at each site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience

• Proficiency with tools and equipment for ductwork and system installs

• Basic electrical knowledge and blueprint reading

• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license
