Kensington HVAC Replacements Can Need More Than One Permit
If you are replacing HVAC equipment inside the Kensington town limits, the paperwork can involve both Montgomery County and the Town of Kensington. The county mechanical permit comes first, and the town may also require its own building permit.
You do not have to sort that out yourself. We handle the required filings, carry the job through final inspection and include the permit costs on your final invoice.
If your home is in the Kensington Historic District, exterior equipment may require an additional review. That can include the placement of an outdoor unit, especially around Connecticut Avenue and Howard Avenue.
